Getting started
Choose a destination, buy a plan, and you will receive a QR code by email. Install it before you travel while you still have internet.
Installing your eSIM
Open Settings → Mobile data → Add eSIM and scan the QR code. On many Android phones the path is Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM (Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM manager → Add eSIM). Enable Data Roaming for the Miyaw line so it connects abroad.
No connection after landing?
Check that the Miyaw line is selected for mobile data, Data Roaming is on for that line, and Airplane mode is off. Toggling Airplane mode once often forces the phone to pick up the local network.
Billing & refunds
You can review what you bought from your confirmation email. For refund eligibility and how to request one, see the terms and distance-selling policy linked in the footer.
eSIM setup & troubleshooting
- How do I activate an eSIM on my iPhone?
- Buy your plan, then open Settings → Mobile data → Add eSIM and scan the QR code from your confirmation email. Set the new line for data and turn its data roaming on so it connects abroad. Do this on Wi-Fi before you fly — installing needs an internet connection.
- My eSIM is not working — what should I check?
- First, confirm the eSIM line is switched on in Settings and selected for data. Make sure data roaming is on for that line — it needs roaming to use a foreign network — and that you have arrived in the destination, since most travel plans start when the eSIM first connects there. A quick restart often clears a stuck connection.
- My eSIM is stuck on ‘Activating’ — how do I fix it?
- An ‘Activating’ or ‘No service’ state usually means the eSIM has not reached a local network yet. Check you are in the destination country, turn data roaming on for the eSIM line, toggle Airplane mode off and on, and restart the phone. If it persists after you have landed, reinstalling the eSIM profile usually resolves it.
- How do I move my eSIM to a new phone?
- An eSIM is tied to the device it was installed on. On a new phone you usually reinstall the plan from your original QR code, or buy a fresh plan. Recent iPhones also offer Settings → Mobile data → set up eSIM to transfer an eSIM between iPhones over Bluetooth.
