This page sets out the pre-contract information and your cancellation rights when you buy a Miyaw eSIM online, as a consumer, at a distance. It works alongside our Terms of Service; for the sale itself, this page applies. The seller's identity, address and contact email are shown above.
What you are buying and the total price
Each plan page shows the data allowance, validity, coverage and the total price you pay, in US dollars, including any tax that applies. There are no hidden fees. Payment is taken once, securely, through Stripe. Your eSIM is delivered as a QR code by email immediately after payment.
Placing your order
Before you pay, you confirm the plan you have chosen and that placing the order creates an obligation to pay. After payment we send an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we send that confirmation.
Your 14-day right to cancel
As a consumer buying at a distance, you normally have 14 days to cancel the contract without giving a reason, starting from the day the contract is formed.
Why activation ends the cancellation right
An eSIM is digital content supplied immediately. When you buy, you expressly ask us to make it available at once, and you acknowledge that once the eSIM has been delivered (the QR code issued) and you begin to download or use it, you lose the 14-day right to cancel. This is the standard exception for immediately-supplied digital content under consumer law. Until the eSIM has been delivered or used, the 14-day right still applies in full.
How to cancel
To cancel within the period — that is, before the eSIM has been delivered or used — email us at hello@miyaw.io with your order details. You can use a clear statement such as: “I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following order …”. We will confirm your cancellation and refund any eligible payment to your original payment method without undue delay. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or not-as-described eSIMs
If an eSIM does not work as described and the fault is on our side, you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law regardless of the digital-content waiver above. Contact us and we will put it right — a replacement or, where appropriate, a refund.
Tax
Prices shown include any tax that applies to your purchase. Because an eSIM is a digital service, the place and rate of tax can depend on where you are; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
